Each Monday of the month, you'll get a new weekly content module.
I'll introduce a specific anxiety challenge, symptom or problem. Usually these will be videos, but they may occasionally be an article or other type of content.
I'll give you a little piece of homework: a worksheet, an exercise to try, or some kind of challenge to complete.
You'll get a resource, a tool, or a strategy for managing anxiety. Sometimes these are specifically related to the month's theme (Week One), but usually I'll try to stick to strategies that could be used for many types of anxiety or stress.
I'll share a case study of an actual client (with identifying information changed, of course) or share a personal story from someone who has faced anxiety. Or, I may present you with some new scientific study that is relevant to anxiety and stress management.
