Organization & Productivity for Women
The Definitive Solution for Women Riding the Crazy Train of Stress & Burnout
I've never had a meaningful conversation with a woman who hasn't told me about the monstrous load of busyness bearing down on her. It's universal.
Women are tired. Busy. Stressed. Overloaded.
What's the solution?
My course, Organization & Productivity For Women, provides an actual plan for getting your sanity back. Forget the Pinterest Board with thousands of Pins you've never used. You need a real plan.
Organization & Productivity for Women will show you how I've compiled resources after years of providing counseling to women just like you: women who are at their breaking point but just can't seem step off the treadmill running at breakneck speeds.
Your Instructor
Hi! I'm Celeste and I know what it's like to suffer from anxiety.
I think one reason I was so drawn to the idea of becoming a therapist is that I wanted to find out more about the symptoms. The more I learned about my own tense and wound-up feelings, the more I realized that day-to-day habits really can keep the worst of the symptoms at bay.
Knowledge is power.
One of the major parts of anxiety treatment is what's called psychoeducation: learning about the causes and treatments of your symptoms. QMC provides monthly, high-quality educational content on these topics, all curated by me.
Community is power.
Being able to anonymously discuss the content you're learning along with other QMC members is an amazing resource. I don't know of many other sources for this level of community nurturing along with content that's chosen by a professional therapist.

Please be aware that enrollment as a member of Quiet Mind Collective does not mean you're receiving clinical counseling treatment. QMC memberships are for educational purposes only; the content I provide is high-quality information about anxiety and its treatments, including self-help options. However, there are times when only the direct help of a licensed mental health professional will alleviate your anxiety, and I encourage QMC members to seek a consultation with their physician if anxiety symptoms interfere with work, relationships, or school. Membership in QMC does not guarantee or imply that a member will experience alleviation of anxiety symptoms. By purchasing a QMC membership, you are acknowledging this disclaimer and also that Celeste Coffman, LPC is not your personal mental health clinician, and therefore no counseling relationships is implied.
